More than twenty-five years building, acquiring and scaling regulated healthcare and specialty pharmaceutical platforms across the United States, Europe and international markets. Michael W. Porter is Founder and Executive Chairman of Altanova Pharma Group AG in Zug, Switzerland, where he leads corporate strategy, governance, platform architecture and strategic partnerships. He co-founded Covis Pharma Group and served as its Chief Executive Officer, building the company into a top-ten global respiratory pharmaceutical platform with more than US$600 million in annual sales, more than 300 employees and commercial operations across more than 55 countries, while completing 23 M&A transactions. The Covis platform generated more than US$1.5 billion in distributed profit for its institutional sponsors across three monetization events. Across his career, he has led more than 25 life-sciences M&A and strategic transactions. Michael is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of PG Equity Group, the family office through which he and Liliana Gómez invest as operating partners in regulated healthcare, technology and critical-minerals businesses. He also serves as Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair of Freedom Metals Acquisition Corp., a Nasdaq-listed company, and as a director of restor3d, Pressio Spine and Huxley Medical, including Audit Committee Chair responsibilities at restor3d and Pressio Spine. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Finance and International Business.

Thirty years in biopharmaceutical research, development and commercialisation across neurology, oncology, inflammation, metabolic disease and dermatology. Dr. Raghav Chari advises Altanova on portfolio selection, formulation strategy and development planning. He currently serves as Chief Science Officer of Azurity Pharmaceuticals, where he is responsible for scientific strategy and development of the company's clinical pipeline. He previously served as Chief Innovation Officer of Covis Pharma, where he led research and development, and held senior leadership roles at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Promius Pharma. His expertise centres on 505(b)(2) and hybrid-medicine development, integrating formulation science, modelling, clinical pharmacology and late-stage development. Raghav began his career at McKinsey & Company, advising biopharmaceutical clients on strategy, licensing and M&A. He has contributed to more than 50 licensing, product-development and corporate transactions and has co-founded biotechnology companies working at the intersection of drug discovery and artificial intelligence. He holds a PhD in Physics from Princeton University and a BSc in Mathematics from the California Institute of Technology.

Ozgur Kilic advises Altanova on financial architecture, operating cadence, organisational design and corporate development. He is an experienced global business executive and board director who has served in Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles across global public companies and private equity-backed pharmaceutical businesses, including as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Covis Pharma. He currently serves as a director of Avicanna Inc., a publicly listed international biopharmaceutical company. His career spans roles in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany and the United States, with industry experience across branded pharmaceuticals, oncology, generics and biosimilars, vaccines, eye care, consumer health and medical devices. His functional expertise covers commercial operations, manufacturing, research and development, corporate finance and transactions. He holds degrees in Business Administration and History from Koç University and an MBA in Finance and Investment from the Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology. He is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.

Frank Weidema advises Altanova on corporate structure, cross-border tax and legal architecture. He is an attorney, tax adviser and partner at Weidema van Tol Attorneys Tax Advisors in Baar, Zug, Switzerland. Frank has more than thirty years of experience in international tax and corporate law, specialising in cross-border corporate structuring, tax planning and the legal architecture of multi-jurisdictional operating groups. He is admitted to the bars of Brussels, Amsterdam and Zurich and to Luxembourg's Liste IV. He holds a law degree from the University of Amsterdam.

Mich Kapp advises Altanova on programme governance, operating cadence, Swiss commercial execution and patient-access considerations relevant to medical cannabinoid care. He is a Program Manager in the Program Management Office at Azurity Pharmaceuticals in Zug, Switzerland, which acquired Covis Pharma in 2025. Mich spent five years at Covis Pharma, latterly serving as Head of the Office of the Chief Information Officer and PMO lead. He participated in the CIO leadership committee, with responsibility for IT budget planning, reporting and portfolio governance across the company's integration and transformation programmes. Alongside his corporate roles, Mich is active in Swiss patient advocacy. He is a medical cannabis patient himself and shares his experience through MEDCAN, the Swiss medical cannabis patient association. He works closely with Swiss healthcare professionals on better-controlled patient access, through professional education and the use of real-world data, and plans further work with MEDCAN and other international patient organizations on product consistency and evidence-led care.

Liliana Gómez is Head of Brand & Strategic Sourcing at Altanova Pharma Group AG in Zug, Switzerland, where she leads brand strategy, portfolio positioning and the commercial management of the Group's strategic supplier relationships. Liliana is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of PG Equity Group, the single-family office in Zug and Miami through which she and Michael Porter deploy principal capital into commercial-stage MedTech, life-sciences, critical-minerals and AI businesses as operating partners alongside management. She previously spent more than twenty years in South Florida real estate across luxury development, distressed assets and international sales, directing annual international sales of more than US$100 million at International Sales Group. Since 2010, she has served as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Steps of Hope Foundation, a US 501(c)(3) supporting vulnerable children in Colombia. She works in Spanish and English.

Juan José Hoyos is Head of Digital Operations & AI at Altanova Pharma Group AG, where he leads the Group's digital platforms, information architecture and customer-relationship systems. He also leads the AI-enabled knowledge and workflow tools supporting commercial, supplier, regulatory and corporate-documentation work across the organisation. These systems operate under the Group's AI-use and data policy and are designed to extend the reach of a compact team while retaining clear human ownership of every regulated, quality and commercial decision. Juan is a product-design engineer with more than ten years of experience across digital product design, digital strategy and knowledge management. He holds a degree in Product Design Engineering from Universidad EAFIT in Medellín, Colombia.
