This page explains how healthcare professionals and patients can report a suspected adverse reaction associated with an Altanova medicinal product.
Report to Altanova
Suspected adverse reactions may be reported to Altanova at info@altanovapharma.com.
Please include, where available: the product concerned; a description of the suspected reaction; the patient’s age or age group; and your contact details. Do not send medical records or unnecessary patient-identifying information by email. Altanova may contact you for additional information.
Report directly to Swissmedic
Patients and relatives can report suspected adverse reactions through Swissmedic’s online patient reporting form.
Healthcare professionals can submit reports directly to Swissmedic through the ElViS electronic vigilance system.

Medical advice and emergencies
Reporting a suspected adverse reaction does not replace medical advice. If you are concerned about symptoms, contact the prescribing physician or pharmacist. In a medical emergency, call 144 in Switzerland or your local emergency service.
Medicines are dispensed exclusively through licensed Swiss pharmacies on a physician’s prescription.
